What first drew us to the venue was that they provide pretty much everything you need. They supplied the bartender and we just had to provide the alcohol. The food was fantastic and we loved that we were able to stay there that night and not have to worry about going somewhere else. Our coordinator, Lexi, was amazing. She was very helpful and very attentive. She has a great personality and was willing to help us with whatever we needed the day of. “I LOVE VIZCAYA! My now husband and I were having the hardest time agreeing and deciding on which venue to book for our wedding. From the moment we parked and laid our eyes on Vizcaya in person we knew this was where we would get married. After we booked, we were assigned Briana as our coordinator. There is no one more understanding, collaborative, flexible, or amazing as Briana! Seriously, she was sent from the heavens above to make sure we had a wonderful wedding day. From day one she was in constant contact with us and made sure we were always on schedule. During our rehearsal I was on the verge of a mental breakdown and Briana was the one that got me through it and assured that everything would be perfect. She was right! She and her team executed my wedding day vision perfectly. She went above and beyond my expectations in every aspect! My guests loved Vizcaya also. The venue is beyond beautiful, the food was amazing (we splurged on the Diamond menu and had the Filet Mignon, Salmon with sun dried tomato butter, Deviled Chicken, and Vegetable Lasagna), the bartender poured amazing drinks, and for your hor d’ouerves do yourself a favor and select the risotto cake with bacon – YUM!!!! “Vizcaya was the venue of choice for my husband and I as we got married earlier this month. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. The venue and staff are absolutely amazing! It’s a great space for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location. The bridal suite and parlor room were perfect for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. Plenty of space, beautiful lighting, and good sound system that connects to Pandora (music is important to me). Our coordinator was Briana Troutner and she was wonderful! We honestly cannot thank her enough for making the entire planning process and wedding day a pleasant experience. Even when I realized that I had forgotten to print the seating chart during cocktail hour, Briana acted fast, took care of it quickly, and reassured us that we didn’t have to worry about it at all. She is patient, always taking the time to answer any questions and always has a positive, cheerful attitude. She definitely made me feel less stressed and more comfortable about everything. During cocktail hour, servers were very attentive to our family and friends as well as my husband and I. They made sure to come directly to us and offer us everything that was being served so we wouldn’t miss out even though we were taking photos. Dinner was also a perfect experience. We heard good things from several guests about how delicious their meal was, for all of the meal options. At the end of the reception, some guests lingered even though the staff was waiting for us so they could close things up. We never felt rushed and they remained patient and polite until we were able to get everyone outside. The venue offers the bride and groom to stay at the B&B in your room of choice at no additional cost. We booked a few other rooms for our bridal party and some guests as well. The rooms are amazing and beautiful, with large comfortable beds. Overall, we were extremely happy with Vizcaya and the way our wedding turned out. It was a beautiful day that we can look back fondly on, thanks in large part to the fabulous staff and our coordinator Briana 🙂 We would highly recommend Vizcaya to everyone!” Liliana E.

Every time we met with Briana, she made us feel comfortable and secure about the wedding details. “Getting married was the happiest day of my life! My wedding was at the beautiful Vizcaya and I can’t express enough how phenomenal the staff are at this venue; especially, our day of coordinator, Briana Troutner. Briana is extremely friendly and genuine and really takes to the time to listen to your needs and preferences. She always has such a positive and happy demeanor with thr biggest smile on her face. My husband and I met with her several times and she made time out of her busy schedule to meet with us whenever we needed even if it meant meeting in between events she was working that day. The wait staff were so welcoming and friendly to me and all of my guests. The venue was beautiful and I couldnt have asked for a more perfect day. Briana and staff at Vizcaya made the flow of the night flawless. There were no uncomfortable wait times for any of my guests. I got many compliments on how the the night flowed smoothly.In addition, the experience of getting ready for our big day was perfect. Briana had champagne and snacks for thr bridal sweet waiting for us when we got there and beer for the groomsmen room. She tended to our every need. The food at Vizcaya was delicious. I, like other guests were worried about “wedding food” as most venue’s food are mediocre; however, the entrees and appetizers were delicious!
