“My sister was married here five years ago and we loved the venue so much that we decided to get married here as well. What first drew us to the venue was that they provide pretty much everything you need. They supplied the bartender and we just had to provide the alcohol. The food was fantastic and we loved that we were able to stay there that night and not have to worry about going somewhere else. Our coordinator, Lexi, was amazing. She was very helpful and very attentive. She has a great personality and was willing to help us with whatever we needed the day of. Whenever I had a question or needed to change an appointment, she was there and helped us as much as possible. ” Kristi D.
“My husband and I got married June 10, 2017 with Kelsey as our coordinator and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! She was very organized and on top of everything, which was a relief to me since I have a difficult time letting others take the lead. Prior to the wedding, we lived in LA and the Vizcaya coordinators made the planning process simple (especially with their great list of preferred vendors- we specifically used Dee&Kris Photography, Contemporary DJs and Above and Beyond Cakes). Our guests loved the event space and raved about the food. (We did chicken and veggie lasagna, then pizza for a late night snack). “Vizcaya was such a great venue! Not only was my coordinator, Lauren, super helpful through every little detail, but she was upfront about everything and worked well with our budget. Another big plus about booking Vizcaya was that they allowed us to bring our own alcohol AND did not charge us any corkage fees AND provided lots of mixers! We purchased $700 worth of CostCo alcohol and still had some leftover (and boy was everyone drinking at the wedding!) All and all, I would recommend this place to any and everyone.” Shaila S.
“My husband and I got married at Vizcaya early May 2017 and everything was perfect. I was able to completely relax knowing everything was under control. Our coordinator provided by Vizcaya, Kelsey, went above and beyond and was an absolute dream to work with. She came in EARLY around 6:00 AM before anyone had arrived and set up ice buckets for champagne/beer and ice water with cups in both the bridal and grooms suite as well as set out all of the gifts, etc. that I brought the day before during the rehearsal. There were a few issues with the tables that she fixed immediately, and every time I looked for her during photos, cocktail hour and the reception she was there with glasses of champagne for us, or with details about what was coming next. After pictures while the guests were enjoying cocktail hour she took us to see the reception room and had us sit, relax and enjoy appetizers that she had brought to us from cocktail hour. Before she left for the night she made sure that all of our important items (special toasting flutes, cake cutter, ring pillows, etc.) were safely packed and locked away. I would highly recommend Vizcaya AND Kelsey if you want a stress free and beautiful wedding.” Chelsie B.
“This venue is beautiful and very accommodating. Rain or shine they can adjust the indoor/outdoor arrangement as early as the night before your event to ensure everything goes as well as possible. They have a very inexpensive option where they provide a bartender if you supply the beverages. That saved us a lot compared to other venues offering full bar service. The food is delicious and the package includes a wedding coordinator, which is a must have, to free you up on your busy day and ensure everything sticks to the timeline. If you’re fortunate enough to get Lauren Bergenholtz as your coordinator you will not be disappointed! We don’t know what we would have done without her!” Brannon W.

“It’s obvious by the photos that this is a gorgeous place to hold an event, but what you don’t see in the photos is how hard the staff works to make your event as perfect as possible. We booked vizcaya for our march wedding and Briana was our coordinator. We met with her a couple of times and I couldnt help but want to be best friends with her. Sadly, we never got to best friend status (despite my many requests) because she was leaving Vizcaya and moving on to greater things. We were happy for her but nervous about getting a new coordinator two weeks before the wedding, but as it turns out we had no reason to worry at all. We had our first meeting with Lauren two weeks before the wedding. Nervous as we were we were assured that we were in good hands, and we were! The day of the wedding, Lauren was on top of it. She was a godsend, for real. She had a clipboard and a headset and she was taking on every detail of our wedding with an efficiency that gave us enough confidence to finally relax and enjoy the day. She even helped bustle the world’s most complicated wedding dress so I could enjoy our first dance! You have got some serious wedding skills, Lauren. Thank you so much!
